- Seasoning: 1. Heat wok low to medium heat, use animal fat to wipe wok for 5 minutes; 2. Cool down and quick wash repeat last step 3 times; 3. Clean dry. And MOST CRITIAL: Always keep the wok oiled with either vegetable oil or animal fat to keep wok from rusting and protect the nonstick treatment you just created.
- There is no chemical coating on the surface of the pot, which can be used with all types of spatula. It can be cleaned with a steel wool as well when necessary.
- Handle made of beech wood material, great heat insulation and easy to the touch. Use this wok cook, steam, boil stir fry, deep-fry.
