Fuel Pressure Regulator Replacement for Polaris Sportsman Ranger RZR EFI (2006+) – 38–40 PSI

This fuel pressure regulator is designed to replace a failed or unstable regulator in the EFI fuel system on select Polaris ATV and UTV models. The regulator maintains consistent fuel pressure to the fuel injectors, and when it begins to fail it can cause hard starting, rough idle, hesitation, or inconsistent engine performance. Manufactured to match the original regulator’s dimensions, mounting style, and operating range, this replacement installs directly in the factory fuel pump assembly and regulates fuel pressure at approximately 38–40 PSI. Polaris does not sell this component separately from the full fuel tank or pump assembly, making this a practical service replacement. This regulator includes new O-rings and is intended for applications that originally use the brass-tipped style regulator—verify by comparing to the original part before ordering.
